Abstract: | In the Netherlands, patients with CF can have miniguts (organoids) produced and stored in the biobank. But CF is everywhere in the world. In order to enable patients worldwide to benefit from this technique, other laboratories in other countries must also get a good grip on the technique and the results between countries must be comparable. Within this project, laboratory technicians from Utrecht will train laboratory technicians from other European countries, as a prestart of the HIT CF Europe project. Standard protocols will be created that can be used worldwide. Also, the use of references (ie when you call a response well and when not) will be standardized. In this way, the findings of the Dutch HIT CF research are made useful and usable worldwide. |
