CF Europe Annual General Meeting

We look forward to meeting CF Europe’s members and partners in Glasgow on the 4th and 5th of June for our Annual General Meeting.

On the 4th of June CF Europe’s board of directors will meet and in the afternoon, we will hold meetings with the POPI (Patient Organisations Policy and Interest) and PORG (Patient Organisations Research Group) working groups to discuss latest developments and updates on policy and research. These meetings are reserved for POPI and PORG members only.

The meetings will be followed by an opening reception and dinner.

On the 5th of June we will start the day with our AGM where all members are welcome. As always, the CFE team will provide updates on the activities of the past year and there will be space for discussion.

After lunch, we have planned an exciting panel discussion, following last years’ experience. This year we will invite a variety of speakers to discuss how the needs of the European CF community are changing going forward and how CFE plans to respond to these transformations. After the panel discussion, we will offer you the choice between two interactive breakout sessions: the first on the HIT-CF Europe project, including updates on CHOICES and the ReCode trials, but also having a look at other therapeutic options on the horizon, and a second session on how policy and advocacy work can help us tackle the changing needs of the CF community. We look forward to hearing your experiences and thoughts on these matters in what we hope will be an enjoyable and fruitful conversation.

In the evening,  we will head to the opening of the ECFS conference at the Scottish Event Campus.

Agendas and further information will be sent to members closer to the date.
